What we collect
This website collects only what you type into our quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, the property address or area, and an optional message. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
When you submit the form, our server also stores a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a limited time. It is used solely to limit repeated automated submissions and cannot be reversed back into your IP address.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule work. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database that is not readable from this public website. Only Vailco, Inc. can access them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to serve you and maintain normal business records. Rate-limiting records are short-lived.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing vailco@comcast.net or calling (904) 310-5969.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and managers and is not directed at children.
