What we store
This site is deliberately light. The only thing we store in your browser today is your cookie choice itself, saved in local storage under the key vailco.cookie-consent along with a timestamp and version number.
Categories
- Essential — required for the site and the quote form to work, including your recorded consent choice. Always active.
- Optional — anonymous usage measurement. None are currently in use. If we ever add them, they will not load unless you have chosen "Accept all".
How consent works
The banner records two distinct outcomes: "Accept all" stores a value of all, and "Essential only" stores a value of essential. Any optional script on this site is gated behind that stored value, so choosing essential only genuinely prevents it from loading.
Changing your choice
Clear this site's data in your browser settings (or the stored vailco.cookie-consent value) and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
