Vailco, Inc. is led by Joe Vail, CEO / President. The company cleans houses, driveways and flat surfaces, pool decks, fences and gutters — pressure washing the hard surfaces and soft washing the delicate ones. We do not take roof work.
Every job is quoted directly and handled by the company — you deal with the people actually doing the work. Residential and commercial properties are both welcome, from a single driveway to a full building exterior.
We operate from 2345 Dennis Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204, and serve Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau Counties in Florida, plus Camden County, Georgia. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm ET. Urgent and after-hours jobs handled on request — call to arrange a time.
